KNITTING:

The state of art Knitting machines imported form Mayer & Cie (Germany), Orizio (Italy), Jumberica (Spain) and Terrot (Germany), Fukuhara of Japan, Unitex, Falmac and Mayer & Cie . Most of the Machines are equipped with special attachments to produce lycra fabrics. Japanese collar making machines from Matsuya and Shima Seiki are used

DYEING:

Dyeing plants are specialized in dyeing and various washing techniques like Pigment dyeing, Enzyme washes, Faded look, Acid wash, Wrinkle effect, Vintage wash, Stone wash, Ozone magic and Alkali wash

CUTTING:

These factories have their own cutting departments using latest - Vertical Blade Cutting Machine, Band Knife Cutting Machine, Fusing Machine, Drill maker Machine all the type, Fabric Cutting Machine, Collar Dye Cutting Machine, etc to ensure perfection. Knit factories have full l fledged system of CAD/CAM

STITCHING::

The most modern stitching machinery used in manufacturing plants. - a mix of Single stitch, Double stitch, 4-thread over lock, Flat locks, Buytton hole machine , Collar attaching machine , Automatic Placket setting machine and computer programmable label stitching machine etc to perform stitching process efficiently.

GARMENT WASHING:

Modern Washing units are equipped with Heavy duty washing plant, Hydro extractor, Stain removing machines to ensure quality

IRONING & FINISHING:

Factories have modern finishing unit, Vacuum and Steam pressing station, Thread sucking machines, to get the desired feel and finish of the product

PACKING:

Our staff will ensure the labelling, packing and cartoon marking is carried out according to the buyers instructions and garments are passed through tight scrutiny by highly skilled packers.
